Background removal tool

I don't prepare listings on my iPhone. I use my laptop. Where is the background removal tool option when using a computer ? Thanks for answering

Thanks Rockstar.  I will have to subscribe to picmonkey or similar for 120.00 per year to get crisp white backgrounds. This "new background removal tool" is time consuming and unattractive.  Appreciate the help.
