The buyer wanted me to send an invoice for her 11 orders. We agreed to give $1.00 for each item she ordered, plus combind shipping. She paid and I tried to give her a discount and combind shipping order. Well, on her part she wanted an invoice. couldn't give her one as she didn't find on asking for invoice. She just canceld a $100.00 order as Ebay isn't clear to customers on what to do for invoice. I LOST 100.00 ORDER. the-sewing-bee seller buyer

Buyers cannot cancel their orders. They can only request that the seller cancel the transaction. Did you cancel the transaction?
