This assumes you purchased them on eBay:
First and foremost, you are protected by eBay's MBG: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
If the item is not as described (meaning it was advertised to work but it doesn't) then you go to your purchase history and file a return selecting the reason "does not match pictures or description". eBay will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item(s) for a full refund regardless of the Seller's return policy. I suspect the Seller has the No returns accepted setting turned on correct?
