Why does Ebay insist to use this feature when making an offer to seller? Why Ebay does not give an option to use "autopay" or do not use "autopay" when making an offer? Very annoying feature. I do not like it and since this feature came up, I try to avoid to make the offers to sellers. Anybody like this feature?

eBay leaves the decision up to the seller. If the seller wants to allow the buyer to make an offer without providing a payment method, the seller can use the seller's Buyer Requirements page to change that.

Very appreciate your answer. I did not know that feature was made for seller's decision. I believe many sellers do not know about such option. Also, I believe that sellers, even they know about such option, will not use it, because sellers want to be secure to get payment. Under my point of view as the buyer, this is kind of buyer's discrimination, because does not let buyer to make a choice how to pay. For example, sometime I use Paypall credit for payment, or I can split payment for two cards, or make choice what card I want to use for specific payment. This feature does not let me do that. Very annoying. I lost many interesting items, because I do not like autopay feature and do not make an offer. I think that Ebay should give buyers an option to use autopay or not use. If seller does not receive payment, seller just will relist item. But if buyer will be autocharge from the card which is not appropriate at this time, there will create a lot of trouble for buyer, like fee for overdraw, increasing APR, or negative feedback from seller. Hope Ebay will think about.
