Automatic Invoice Payment

Good Morning,

  I was just wondering if anyone else has not had their invoices paid automatically yet? I changed from Paypal to my Debit card ever since ebay started the managed payments and they were supposed to automatically pull my seller fees by Sept 1. They haven't so far and I don't want to make a payment and then they pull the fees and I pay double (if that is possible). Just curious if anyone else hasn't had their fees pulled yet. Thanks!
