Authenticity failure

I have just received notification that my listing has failed from the authenticator for a pair of New Balance Run Disney Sneakers that I sold.  This is the second time I have sent to this authenticator for sneakers that they have failed and the only thing that I get is that the pictures don't match the shoes.  MY PICTURES AND DESCRIPTION 100% MATCH EVERYTHING IN MY LISTING.  I take multiple pictures and give an accurate description.  The only thing that is different is the shoe box that the shoes we're shipped in but it clearly states in my description that they do not match.  I'm sick and tired of losing out on sales b/c the authenticators have no clue on what they are authenticating.

I want to know what recourse I have. There is absolutely nothing false about my listing. The only info I get is doesn’t match description or photos. That is the most basic and generic response from eBay and there is no one that can give me more information. I’m losing out on a sale and the only response is “doesn’t match description or photos”. Someone needs to tell me what doesn’t match.
