“Authenticity Guarantee”

Is anybody else having problems with this. Do not think it is right that they can basically make you send a sports card to them instead of giving options. Customer that I sold 100% did not want the card sent there and needed it before the weekend for a show. Called eBay and asked to have that removed  (other than sending customer the card and then they send a message saying they got it which gives sellers no protection) but that is not a option. Nor could they give me any kind of guidelines to what cards get flagged that has no choice but get sent to them. Will probably get BAD FEEDBACK because of this. Sold more expensive cards and cards of the same player and this has not happened now the last three cards all has had to go to them. Understand if questions with seller before but to never have a bad review or any kind of problems this will create problems. There is no way to know if the card will be marked “authenticity guarantee” until after you post the card. Feel that is not fair for the seller or the buyer if they don’t or can’t wait the extra time. Like to hear if anybody else has had issues and making me rethink staying on here or try other platforms
