Authenticator

Hi, how do I go about shipping shoes to an authenticator? I have sold a pair of shoes and now it’s time for me to ship them. After paying for the eBay shipping, the Buyer and myself noticed that eBay told me to ship directly to the Buyer and not a Authenticator. How do I change the shipping so as to ship to the Authenticator first?

I only see 1 recent sale - on 6/12, the shoes did not include the authenticity guarantee.

This is because your ship from address is an APO. Similar to a P.O. Box, fedex can not ship to an APO, s they would not be able to return the shoes if they fail authentication.
