Authenticator

I bought a pair of shoes and it says that they got to the authenticator August 10th. It says they are still there. Is it normal for it to take this long?

@mi_543315    The authentication center is really backed up, it's been taking them a few weeks or longer to process sneakers.  I think that they should raise the price of the sneakers they will authenticate or work with the third-party vendor they are using for this service to hire more help.
