Authentication

Does the buyer know that the item is going to another location first to be authenticated? I’d hate to get a bad review on shipping speed 😱

The Authentication Guarantee has been around for several years.  I'm sure your buyer must know how it works, but I do not know what messages ebay sends to the buyer when the item purchased qualifies for the Authentication Guarantee.
