I have had such trouble with this program. I sell vintage jewelry and my items are inspected by a GIA graduate. When my items are sent to authentication they are coming up with very small differences. This needs to stop as they are not notifying buyers with the difference to accept. Also authenticators see different things that are not necessarily correct. I had a 14k gold pendant and they said it was 13k. This is ridiculous. And a small diamond difference of si2 to i2. This is also wrong as you can’t see the difference in a vintage item that has not been cleaned and in its original state. Please fix this program. It’s a problem
