Purchased a card. Was sent through authentication process. Received card with a chip on the back edge. Still in sealed PSA sleeve, very well packaged so do not believe it to be shipping damage. Either seller took picture of different card back for listing, he damaged it while packaging or authenticator damaged it. Very obvious not received as pictured. Requested return, it was denied. Appealed, worked a deal to keep the card and receive partial refund. So, did I do the right thing or should I have dragged it out to do a full return and hope to get a full refund? I am satisfied with result but will not again buy anything that has to be authenticated. Will take my chances or buy graded. Is currency next to require authentication?
