Your one neutral feedback, which does state that the shoes were not authentic, is over 6 months old. It's far too late to have it removed now, though it likely would have been if you had dealt with it at the time. In the future, just click on Help & Contact at the top of any eBay page and the help choices should include requesting removal of feedback, if there is eligible feedback that you can request for eBay to remove. If it violates policy, they will usually remove it, though sometimes you have to work with Customer Service instead. After this long, though, they typically won't even consider removing it.
The good news is that neutral feedback does not affect your feedback percentage, nor will most customers likely see it.
