Asking eBay for help with a return

I purchased and received an item on eBay.  The item that was provided by the seller does not match the photos in the listing, so I started a return.  The seller is unresponsive ... no return shipping label, no response to my communication attempts.  I found brief instructions about "asking eBay for help" but there is no link/button/menu on my return request to initiate this process.

After 3 business days have passed since you filed the Return Request you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

1. Find the item in your Purchases.
2. Select See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
3. Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
4. Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
