Artículo que no me llegó

El artículo orden número 08-11029-77730 no me llegó! Cuando me comuniqué con el vendedor me dijo que el tracking le mostraba que había sido entregado ….. pero como vuelvo a mencionar el artículo no llegó , si tuviesen alguna prueba ( foto , firma , etc ) se lo agradecería me lo hagan llegar , de lo contrario exijo una solución ya sea el reembolso de mi dinero o el envío del artículo nuevamente , el

vendedor solo se limitó a decirme que me contacte con eBay , porque en el tracking le figuraba que el artículo había sido entregado … es por ello que después de ver por muchos medios , mediante un video que he encontrado en Youtube me he podido contactar con ustedes…. Toda vez que no tienen un número directo para comunicarse como si lo tiene otras tiendas virtuales .

Your registration shows you are located in PERU.  Did the seller use ebay International Shipping to send the item to you?  If so, then the Delivered scan would be to the ebay hub in the USA.  The hub then creates the customs form and sends the item onto you.  To confirm how the seller shipped we need the item number, not the order number.
