Apeal was declined

I did not receive my order .It was stolen .Neither  ebay nor the seller own up to refund

me .Though the item is part of money-back guarantee! My appeal was denied by eBay. 

And not receiving a refund at all that is wrong .Don't know what to do .

Neither eBay or the seller are responsible if an item is stolen after delivery.  This would be a claim on your homeowners or renters insurance policy.  Most payment sources also will not cover stolen items that have been delivered.
