Several outgoing packages were stolen from my mailbox: Wasn't made aware until buyers complained 6 days later. Labels purchased through ebay. Any way to void either through eBay or through USPS (this was NOT a Click-n-ship label)

And the tracking doesn't show any acceptance or movement at all right?
Labels purchased on eBay have to be voided here within 5 days for a refund as you seem to be aware.
However, another seller posted recently that they contacted eBay CS and got a courtesy refund for about 9 labels that they forgot to void on time.
Worth a try - have the Order #s and tracking ready.

Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.

How do you know items were stolen?
If the labels do not get used, USPS will refund the money in about 30ish days.

Thanks, that's what I did, they can cancel them 'manually' from their end.

Sorry, but unfortunately labels cannot be voided after 5 days. Did you check tracking to see if there was any movement on the packages?
Can you point to the policy on refunding labels that aren't used? I've never head of that. Is it new?
The seller is charged for the label when it's purchased, and the only way I know of to get a refund (which comes through in about 21 days) is to void the label. Return shipping labels are a little different. They are not charged unless they are used.

That's good to know. eBay CS seems to be very generous lately.
