Annoying pop up

Is there any way to stop that annoying pop up offer to get the ap? Every time I look at an item I have to close that pop up. ITS ANNOYING EBAY!!!

I only use my computer for ebay, and have no intentions of ever using my cell phone for anything except making a phone call.  Not a big deal to click the  X  whenever it pops up.
