I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A54 phone and should have been supplied a barcode within the email notice of delivery. It's not there and seller seems to not know. What should I do?

@glorybells the way i read it is he rec'd the phone but not the unlock code.
if he opened an item not rec'd, it would show delivery of the phone.
so the return case would be for 'parts missing' or 'not as described'?
not sure. maybe i read it wrong.

I am not familiar with these Amazon lockers, but the way I read the OP, the buyer received the message that the item was delivered, but the unlock code was not included, so s/he cannot open the locker to retrieve the item. Tracking shows delivered, so s/he would lose an Item Not Received case. Buyer cannot file a Returns Request since s/he cannot retrieve the item in order to send it back. S/he is caught between a rock and a hard place.
