Allstate Electronic Protection Plan - doesn't cover items with which it is sold??

I purchased a refurbished cash register which offered along with the sale an Allstate Electronic Protection Plan. The usual use for a cash register is commercial enterprise. The very first paragraph of the Allstate information you get after the purchase reads: NOTE: Neither plan covers intentional damage, loss, theft, or commercial use.

And, it appears you cannot cancel the policy once you buy it. How can eBay allow this policy to be sold with items that are nearly exclusively used in commercial enterprise? Or am I missing something?
