I have purchased a lawn mower with a 2 year warrenty through AllState Protection Plan, when I sign in and supply all the request purchasing information nothing comes up and the message that displays says to give the sellers 3 days to supply the information to Allstate. My purchase date 1/3/25 and it is now 1/10/25 no results. I have contact the seller and they indicate I should contact EBAY support. There is not a clear way to contact EBAY Support to have them research my issue. Any suggestions or guidance would be appericated.
