Trying to buy some bladed tools for shipment from U.K. to elsewhere. Cannot get to checkout page due to a notice that in the U.K. I must prove my age to buy a bladed item. However, 1. I am not in the U.K., and 2. I cannot find an obvious way on the website, account profile, etc., to prove my age.
Also, the seller sent me a special offer, and that lower price is not reflected in the amounts showing in my cart. Any idea why?
