After selling on Ebay for 22 years I got Screw out of over $800.00

Sold a item shipped and buyer requested return no big deal. I never received item back and Ebay refunded over $800.00 to buyer and they tell me Im out the money. Tracking shows I never received return. I googled address of buyer ICS INC  3601 Old Capitol Trail A-7, Wilmington, DE 19808.  They have 18 google reviews all negative from sellers getting ripped off. They do same thing to Amazon sellers. Thanks Ebay for having my back after 22years!!!!!!!!!

You know what really upset me I was selling item for my son. Ebay would not let him sell on his account too expensive ebay wanted to protect buyer.  After 22 years and thousand of transactions over $500,000 in sales 100%  positive feedback Ebay would not protect me the seller

Did you approve the return request and provided a prepaid return shipping label to the buyer?

If so, you should contact Ebay Customer Service and tell them you never received the returned item. Ebay would not have issued the refund if you approved the return and sent the label.

Return was approved tracking shows I never recieved item I'm out $800.00. I spent over an hour on phone today with customer service was told I was out the money!!! I have done many returns over 22 years. Some how this buyer has figured something out I'm not the first.

That is really distressing, so sorry this happened to you.

Did Customer Service  say WHY they would have refunded the buyer since you did all the right things?

I have spent all day on forums reddit and others  looking at this issue I think ebay has a issue with return tracking numbers. I have found  many sellers with same issue buyers provided fake tracking to ebay long enough to get refund. Im filing police report tomorrow followed by USPS fraud along with mountain of emails. 

After 22 years thousands of transaction I expected ebay to be in my corner ebay sellers are on your own.
