After accepting a buyers counter offer the transaction goes in limbo.

After accepting buyer’s counter offer I can’t contact them to let them know that I accepted their offer and sale/offer then goes into count down and times out without any contact with buyer.  This has happened to me 4 times in the last few months and I’ve lost all for sales because of this issue.  eBay is saying that acceptance of a counter offer is not a commitment to buying but all I wanted to do was message buyer to let them know that I accepted the offer.

@808dcwarriorEbay informs the buyer that you accepted their offer, you don't need to do anything.

The acceptance of their counteroffer is not a completed purchase until they pay for the item.
