'Advanced' Search Criteria

None of the criteria I enter in 'Advanced' Search, saves.

I have to constantly re-select the bolded text below:

Sort by: Time (Newly Listed)

View Resulst: List view

Results Per Page: 240

I have to re-select these three choices each and every time I use eBay.

I cleared my cookies and cache but to no avail.

I believe there used to be a SAVE selection at the bottom of the 'Advanced' search page but that seems to have disappeared.

Does anyone have any suggestions about this issue I am experiencing?

**** Also, under 'My eBay', how do I select See Orders: 2023 (soon to be 2024), as a Default?

Is there a SAVE button somewhere?

The Default always resorts to 'ALL' and I do not want  to see 'ALL' orders.

Thank you,

W45thst

'Advanced' Search Criteria

The search settings should be saved if you are not signing out and deleting your eBay cookies.

You can change your default search settings by performing a search that finds lots of results, and then using the "Customize" menu located in the upper right where you can change between List or Gallery view near the sort order menu.

eBay has changed the Purchase History and Summary pages -- the default for orders is no longer the last sixty days, but the last three years.

Some older, previously hidden items are apparently no longer hidden due to the change, though it is still possible to hide those transactions again.

One possible quick workaround is to bookmark a page that shows recent transactions, hide the transactions you want to hide, and then use the bookmark in place of eBay's link unless or until eBay fixes the old link.

You can let eBay know about this using the "Tell us what you think" link in the upper right of the Purchase History page.

Your first sentence reads "The search settings should be saved if you are not signing out and deleting your eBay cookies".

Do you mean my search savings should be saved automatically?

If that is what you mean, that is not happening.

If you use the Customize menu to set your defaults, those defaults should be maintained until you sign out and erase your eBay cookies, I believe.

From time to time eBay makes changes to the settings menu and you may have to specify your defaults again, though.
