Adidas - HELP - HORRIBLE return process

I have two returns from an official Adidas page/seller. The return info says “Print shipping label” but when you click it, it just shows a return address. I paid for shipping myself & never received my refund. They want you to hit a button when you confirm your return with the supposed shipping label…but you never ever receive a shipping label. @adidas_official . I started my 2nd pair return…same thing, no actual shipping label…so Im reluctant on sending it back with my own money. Please help!

Ask customer service for assistance - if the seller should be paying the return, it should have a label, not just an address.
