Alignment/Scaling issue when printing 4x6 labels on Dymo LabelWriter 4XL

I have enjoyed printing with my Dymo for years, however recently the label will not align to the paper in the print preview. I've tried on 3 different computers with 3 different browsers. None of the drop down options make any real affect.  The label is aligned horizontally and the page is stuck on portrait.  Changing the scale makes the label too small. Nothing I have found has worked.

I'm sure there is some easy fix but I'm desperate at this point to get back to a smoothly running shipping dept. TY in advance for your insight!

On the create label page, look to the lower right and click on Show More, if needed, then CHANGE, select PDF and label format you want to use.

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

When the label preview opens, select the Dymo as the Target Printer. Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. For 4” x 6” size labels, check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”. For the smaller 99019 labels, make sure this box is unchecked.
