Address not recognized

I’m in the process of starting a n account and am trying to list my first item, however, the system does not recognize my physical address.   Mail is a PO Box in this small town that doesn’t have home delivery. I’ve tried to contact an agent but haven’t had any luck finding the contact info. Thanks for any help

@ca231033   Your registration address must be your PHYSICAL address even if you don't get mail there.

You can use your PO Box for all of your shipping from and to addresses.  

If your physical address populates for the shipping addresses after you enter the Registration address then follow these steps>  

ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings.

( only do this for the Shipping and return addresses, not your registration address)

If the site is not accepting your PHYSICAL address for the account registration  try standardizing your address by doing a zip code look up. Sometimes a period or abbreviation is different than USPS uses and it throws the system off.

Copy your address exactly as it shows on the USPS web site. 

This usually fixes issues with the system not accepting an address.
