Address for account not accepted

I dont get mail at my house, have to use a PO Box…but when trying to enter that for my account it keeps saying error.  Tried both my street and PO address

Your registration address must be a street address.

You can enter a ship to address that is a PO Box

I know you mentioned your street address. Make sure you have the correct city and zip code for the street address. (I had only a PO Box and no mail delivery to my house for many years, I understand how this goes)
