Hello computer techs,
I'm trying to add a video to a listing. I know how to do it but I keep getting an error message. My video was recorded on my iphone se and is .mov format. It goes to my icloud drive for uploading to eBay. When I hit the add video button and upload the video I get this message "format must be jpeg, png or heic.". Do I have something set wrong somewhere?? I've been researching but to no avail. Please help if you can. I'd appreciate it! Kathy
