I purchased an item and unfortunately it wasn't what they described so I went to return it and the seller agreed to return it but said I needed to ship it back myself. So I went and shipped the item back today and went to add the tracking information but it won't let me. I now see on the return that he was supposed to provide the shipping label but told me I had to do it. Did I screw myself lol? I see the option where it says update tracking information, I click the shipping provider and put in the tracking information and when I submit the information it just takes me back to the same page saying update the tracking info. I've tried both on web and in the app. Thank you
