Adding my personal information

Good day, I have a friend that had an ebay account and as soon as they entered there information, address and phone number, they were banned. I would like to enter my information and would like a customer support person to help. I live outside of the US so they won't call me back either. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Make sure the name on your checking account matches the name on your ebay account exactly. If needed add a middle initial or middle name if needed.

Make sure your registered address is a physical address and not a P.O.ox. You can change it later after you are in Managed Payments.
