Adding items to store categories

I have just subscribed to an eBay store.  I am trying to get my active listings assigned to the store categories I have created.  I have gone to the active listings section in my seller hub and checked the edit box.  But I do not find store categories on the list of available changes in the drop down menu.  What am I doing wrong?  TIA.

In your  Active listings, select the listings you want in a category.

Click Edit selected at the top.

Reselect all the listings to change.

Open the Edit menu at the top and scroll down to Listing Details.

Click on Category.

Thank you .  Can I add a listed item into two different store categories?

Yes.  When you add the first store category to the listing you should see another store category entry field below it.
