Adding a new bank accoutn

This forum seems like a giant waste of time but I'll try.  Before adding my new bank account, ebay wants me to enter the full account number from my OLD account, which was closed for fraud 2 years ago ( I haven't sold in a while).   I don't have that number, and it no longer exists, and yes I checked with my bank.

I guess I'll hit send to this goes into the abyss of darkness that is the only way to attempt getting service from ebay now.

Do you have any prior bank statements or cancelled checks?
