Any other other sellers out there have customers that type a message to seller in the “message to seller” box that doesn’t realize that the “add” button actually means save message ? They never hit the ad button because they don’t realize that’s how they save it. That’s why lots of peoples messages never come through. E bay needs to change ADD. to SAVE. Not sure who at eBay thought the word ADD instead of SAVE was a good idea. I have no idea where or to who at eBay to make this suggestion to?

The add button is to add photos - not to send the message (there is no way to Save a message). To send the message, click Send.
This is the way messaging has worked for years and years and years.

Is the message on the checkout screen?
At the top of this same checkout screen, there should be a "Give us feedback" link. I'll make a request there, but you should do the same.
