I recently purchased a refurbished laptop that arrived with a crack in the laptop body. I immediately initiated a return request with the reason 'Arrived Damaged' and included a picture of the crack.
The seller has said that the photo is blurry and asked for more photos. The problem is that when I click on 'Reply to Seller", I only get a text box to send a reply message-- I see no way to add additional photos.
Is it possible to send more photos? How? I'd like to be able to prove the damage and do not want to have the return denied for not complying with the request.
Thanks!

You could send the photo in a message, then reply in the return that the photo was sent.
Only the 1 photo is required. If the seller does not accept your return and send you a return label, after 3 business days go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

While sending another photo is not required, there should be an option to send another photo when you reply to the message. Start typing one then scroll down the page. You should see the add a photo box there. If you take another photo, especially if you use a phone to do that. Preview and enlarge it to see if it is clear. On your screen it may look good, but it may not be sharp when enlarged.
