Active Listings differ from my store listings.

I have a question for all of those eBay sellers out there. I currently have 10,969 active listings but when i got to my eBay shop view its only showing 7,500 roughly. When I refresh it, the number is constantly changing but not to the correct listing count. I used my husband's phone to see if it was a glitch on my end unfortunately not. I've been ending a relisting my listings for roughly 2ish hours now but can't seem to get the number to change by much. Has anyone else had an issue with this and if so, how do I resolve it. I also haven't gotten any message from eBay saying my listings have been taken down for policy violations or any of the sort where they would take my listings down.

I see 7,291 items when I view your listings under your seller ID AND in your store.

I couldn't possibly manage my eBay business on a phone, so I've never looked to see if the count matches what you see on a computer.

Do you use the out of stock feature? If so, and you are out of stock on some items, the count shown to viewers will not be the same as what you see in your Active items list.

See this thread -- seems to be a site issue:

I do not use an out-of-stock feature. I do Have some listings with multiple quantity but that would bring my whole inventory count to 14,000 items.

I have tried to get in touch with an eBay representative and before I could explain the satiation the ended the conversation but thank you for the help I will see if the site you linked helps.
