Actions button not working in the active sales section!

The “actions” button is grayed out. This is located in the seller section under active listings. I am using an IPhone??  Thanks Mike

I only use ebay on a desktop computer.

On my computer, in Seller Hub > Listings > Active

I first have to select some listings by clicking on the box in front of those listings.  Then I can click the ACTIONS button at the top to reveal a drop-down menu to select what I want to do.  I'm sure it must be similar on an iPhone.
