Account settings for selling keeps getting changed.

I've read the responses.  No help.

Been on Ebay over 23 years. It's getting impossible. I can't even find HOW to contact anyone AT EBAY.

I appreciate, but don't want 'articles',  'user community', or 'other sellers' advice, or help. HOW does one go about contacting EBAY themselves for what they are obviously doing to me, CHANGING my account preferences. i need them to STOP doing it. I can't change them back to 'apply above preferences' every time I go to sell.

Ebay used to be fun. Now it's just a pain to get them to be human in any way.  It's not fun anymore.

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens.  Work through the questions.  At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option.

Or you can also contact customer service through social media.

Thank you for replying to me, however......I've tried this before, and many months ago that used to work.

I can no longer get to where I have a selection to either call a number, have them call me back, or send a message. EVERYTHING I can get to is based on some 'chat', or computer automated response, or to post a question. The help and contact you mentioned is on the upper LEFT of the screen, and I've gone through EVERY option, all the way to the end, of every question I could possibly ask, which by the way does NOT pertain to what I am inquiring about, EBAY changing my preferences as a seller. I NEED to stop 'newbies', people with liess than 5 (I'd prefer 10) feedbacks from bidding. EBAY has actually turned OFF all of my preferences they had me set. I've done this several times, but EBAY keeps on keepin on!  At the end of my rope here. EBAY is making EVERYTHING impossible. A simple 'contact us', or email address for help would really go a long way. Thanks for trying. Still can't get to a 'help' or 'contact us' link or button.

Account settings for selling keeps getting changed.

Hello again. Well, I finally dug and dug and dug, and got to a window to speak with an agent. Ebey DID call me, and I explained what was happening. I was told they'd add me to the list of peple having this issue, that they have had this problem for 48 days now, and 'they're working on it'.  My opinion on this is that ever since they changed the format for selling, and the way they present the info to the seller, it has all gone down the tubes! I do NOT like the new format, I find it extremely cumbersome, not user friendly, and not convenient in any way. I've worked in I.T. all my life. I am computer literate, and have been on Ebay 24 years now (Ebay told me this tonight). I figure if I'M having trouble selling, jumping through hoops for Ebay, what chance has a new seller got to be able to get started? I used to help people set themselves up on Ebay to sell.....now I NEED help navigating that which used to be easy to do. I know all things change, but it's getting a bit nuts in my opinion. When I had ONE issue with a buyer over a year ago, who was way past being unreasonable, with a mint item I sent him, and he wasn't happy (FIRST TIME THIS EVER HAPPENED) I offered a full refund, but he declined, instead preferring to flame me with a crazy negative feedback, Ebay wouldn't even listen to my plea. They protected the buyer's right to flame me, no matter what happened. Again, 24 years. 100% feedback, and one nutjob takes you down, with NO help from Ebay. They'll support scam bidders, and tell you to 'Have a nice day' and not help in any way when you get ripped off.  It took ONE year for that negative feedback to roll off my 'history'. Not happy with Ebay at all anymore. 😞    Thank you for trying to help me, and for letting me vent. Have a Happy and Heathy New Year!

Sincerely,

Bob (RADIOCITY)
