Account restrictions

My account was restricted 13 years ago , because I didn’t reach the required sales levels , 

my account is still active, but I’m unable to list items , 

I spoke with customer service 2 days ago and she assured me my account was now ok to list ,

but it’s still showing account restricted when I want to list , 

how can I contact eBay live chat

Sign out of ebay.com, sign in at ebay.co.uk.  Click help & contact and follow the prompts, selecting agent when it is an option.

Thank you for your help , I did speak with eBay , I’m still restricted from selling, and their giving no opportunity to have it lifted ☹️Very unfair

I also wasn’t aware their was a required selling standard, but their is 😳

ebay is refusing to lift the restriction ☹️

There are seller standards that must be met, that is not the same as an amount you have to sell.

If you fell below standard, you had a certain amount of time to get back above standard.  If you did not, you lose your selling privileges.
