Account put on resticted

Been on eBay 2/3 days now listed 50+ items having a major clear out already sold 2 wooo 🙂 then told my account is on hold and permanently resticted… I’ve asked as to why but no answer just that they can’t tell me. Never used eBay before feel quite offended to be honest! Any help??
