Account frozen

I was asked to update my bank information.  I did that & received an email thanking me for doing that.  My account remains closed.  I uploaded again, nothing happened.  Called & talked to an Ebay rep who told me  :No problem",   still locked .  Talked to another rep, nothing hppened. For some reason , they don;t want my business.  If I violated Ebay policy,  I would like to know so I can make it right.  I am at my wits end.

Is the checking account correct with routing number and account number? Make sure your
registered ebay name is IDENTICAL to the name on the checking account. If you need to
make a change, go to

My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information

I registered on ebay using my middle name.  When I opted into Managed Payments back in
October 2018, I had to change that to my first name, as that is how it shows on all of my
checking accounts.

Also, make sure you have a physical street address as your registered address.  You can use a P.O. Box as your ship to and ship from address.

Every thing I uploaded was correct.  I am finally unfrozen.  No explanation given, but I am back in business.
