Hey everyone, I'm close to wits end with this one. Ive been selling and recoeinv payouts on Ebay just fine.. On Augst 20th I received a message from Ebay asking to upload a copy of DL and bank statement, fine no biggie. While under review my payouts on hold causing me to miss my 1st weekly payout. I was told it would take 3-5 business days to review. On the 25th day I get another message now asking me to send in more documents and payouts will continue to be on hold. I was told by one agent is escalated and will be reviewed in 24 hours and others are telling me 3-5 business days, and the last one just told me 14.
We are now well past the time frames and my account is still restricted from receiving payouts. I havw over $800 in the account and I am going on my 3rd week of missed payouts.
Every time I call I am told my documents all look good and a different time frame.
Who can I contact for help on this? $800 may not seem like a lot but for my small shop it is significant. No one seems to care or want to help and just gives me **bleep** answers. Just got my TRS badge and then this happens.
Is there light at the end of the tunnel? Has anyone else gone through this? Thanks for any guidance you can give.
