Greetings!
I requested closure of one of my two e-bay account as well as deletion of information. It is an old account, somewhat redundant of my newer account, somewhat outdated and only causes confusion. I do not see that my two accounts are linked in any way.
Today I received an e-mail from e-bay to the address I use on the account I do NOT want to delete. It states at the beginning, "eBay has received your request to close the account . If you didn’t submit this request, then please contact us immediately. You have up to 30 days to cancel your request by contacting us."
These links are not helpful.
Does anyone have a link or contact information that would be helpful for me to clarify this matter and ensure that the correct account is deleted?

You can contact eBay via social media with a private message:

Ebay customer service is superior on those sites. I use Twitter with great success.
AND-OR
click on the 'help & contact’ button located at the top and bottom of ebay pages to chat or receive a call back.
depending on how busy they are will depend on length of time for your call back.
