Accidently printed two labels for same item

How do I get a refund on an extra label I printed?  Actually in two cases: 1.  post office said the toner wasn't dark enough on the label so I reprinted; 2.  I accidently clicked on print twice.

Re: Accidently printed two labels for same item

If you printed the same label twice, you are not charged a second time. You are charged when you click 'purchase label'.  You can check your payment account to verify that you were charged only once. If you pay for your labels from your payouts, check here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin

If you purchased a second label, with a different tracking #, then you need to void the first label here -

  1. Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
  2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
  3. Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
  4. Select Void shipping label.
