Apologize for the neg, and let the seller know you would be glad to revise the feedback once the seller sends you a Feedback Revision Request. In case the seller doesn't know where to find it, let the seller know to go to his/her feedback page, scroll to the very bottom, and click on Request Feedback Revision. Once you receive it, you have 10 days to act on it.
