I have tried several times in the past week to order 2 items. When they're in my cart and I hit "Go to checkout" I get an Access Denied message. I've tried signing in to my account and also ordering as a guest and both get the same response - Access Denied. I recently changed my password on E-bay, but that shouldn't make a difference. I have ordered items in the past and never had a problem. Help!

"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error. Try another browser to rule out a specific browser issue.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.
If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.
Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.
