All of a sudden, I cannot visit the website "www.ebay.com" from my IP address. I see that a lot of people are randomly experiencing this issue, as I see from reddit.com or youtube.com but absolutely no solution other than to either change your IP with your ISP or use VPN! Customer service won't admit that they are blocking my IP which is just ridiculous!!! Message I get is like this : 

Access Denied

"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.

Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.
