Accepted offer notice

I do not like that EBay has deleted a step in the offer system. I would like to receive notice that my offer has been accepted. I do not like it to just show up in my cart!!!!

That's how it works. Buyer makes an offer, seller accepts, it becomes a purchase ready for payment.

Nothing has changed.

Ebay does notify the buyer that their offer has been accepted and the purchase needs to be paid for.
