Is there a way to repay a seller back their money for the item after getting a refund from Ebay for an item not received case and the item later showing up afterwards?

Contact the seller and tell him you want to repay the refund. Suggest the method that works best for you - PayPal, zelle, Venmo, or send him a paper check. You can exchange the contact info needed to make your agreed upon method work - eBay does not have a way to handle this.

I contacted the seller about either using Paypal or creating a custom listing on Ebay just for me and I'm waiting on a response from them.

The seller contacted me back and I was able to give them the money again for the item via a Paypal invoice.
